LiveShell Dashboard提供終了のお知らせ

これまでLiveShellシリーズでご利用いただいた「Dashboard」は2025年5月末をもって提供を終了させていただきました。

合わせて、LiveShell PRO並びにLiveShell 2の修理・設定方法・ご利用等に関するお問い合わせを含む全ての製品サポートを終了します。 また、LiveShell 2およびLiveShell PROに関しましては2025年5月末をもって全ての機能がご利用いただけなくなります。

LiveShell 2およびLiveShell PROは発売から長期間が経過している製品であること、修理対応・ファームウェア更新に関しましてもすでに全て終了していること等を踏まえ、新配信システムへの対応を見送らせていただいております。

大変長らくのご愛顧をいただき、心より御礼申し上げます。 お客様にはご不便をおかけすることとなり大変恐縮でございますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

LiveShellシリーズ最新機種「LiveShell W」へのお買い換えにつきまして、ご検討いただけますと幸いです。なお、LiveShell PRO、LiveShell 2、LiveWedgeの3機種は、2025年3月末をもって下取りプログラムの対象外となっております。LiveShell Xについては2025年4月以降も引き続き下取りプログラムの対象です。詳細は下記お知らせをご覧ください。

End of Service Notice for Dashboard and Legacy LiveShell Products

We sincerely thank you for your long-standing support.

As of the end of May 2025, the Dashboard service used with Cerevo's LiveShell products has been discontinued.

Along with this change, all support services—including inquiries regarding setup, use, and repairs—for LiveShell PRO and LiveShell 2 have ended.
Please note that all functions of LiveShell PRO and LiveShell 2 are no longer available as of the end of May 2025.

These models have been on the market for many years, and all firmware updates and repair support have already been completed. Based on this, we have decided not to provide support for the new streaming system with these products.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We encourage users to consider upgrading to the latest model in the LiveShell series, LiveShell W.
